Here you will find various contact information you might need to get help or get our questions answered or to report problems.
NOTE: To keep our prices down, we don't normally handle most things by telephone. Call centers and people to staff them are very costly and will drive the end costs (and prices) WAY up. We also feel that most support issues can be handled in an effective and detailed manner much easier via our support tickets than over a telephone. Also, our support ticket system allows us both to have a "paper trail" of support issues in case either us or you need to review an issue. SOCIAL NETWORKING NOTE:
Please take note that while we have been active on various forums and social networking websites outside of our website, please don't submit support issues to us there. We have set up easy ways to get support here at Dryline Hosting, and ways we can assist you fastest. We have your account right here where we can access it. Submitting a support issue to us on Facebook etc might seriously delay or even prevent the help you needed.
However, if an issue arises that the situation dictates it needs to be handled over the telephone, you will be able to send us a number to reach you at, and we can call you to save you any toll charges. (In the Continental U.S. only.) We wouldn't think of making the customer pay for the call in that situation. Emails and support tickets are always handled as promptly as we can get to them. We won't leave you hanging when you need support or have an issue with your account!

We will strive to provide as much information as possible in the knowledgebase available to you at any time, day or night! If you don't find the answer, need more specific help, or have a billing issue, please go to https://drylinehosting.com/secure and login and open a support ticket with your issue.
We know you sometimes need more specific help, or having a billing issue. In that case, please feel free to open a support ticket and one of our staff will address it as quickly as possible.
There is also a place in our Service Desk Portal where people that are not yet our customers can submit presales questions.
