If the charge for a domain or set of domains is charged back, Dryline Hosting has the right to take control of the domain or set of domains that was paid for by the disputed charge. Dryline Hosting will change the domain account information as needed to take control of the domain or set of domains. The user is not guaranteed to be contacted in the event that a chargeback is received.
