We are located near Lubbock, Texas, which is in northwest Texas. Dryline Enterprises is a family owned business consisting of Dryline Hosting, and Dryline Design (our sister web design site). We also sell Storm Chasing related products under our media based name, Dryline Media. Our Administrator, David Drummond, is also a freelance video journalist specializing in extreme weather video.

We decided to start our own hosting company after having several bad experiences with hosting companies that we had our various personal sites hosted on. After much research, we discovered that our past experiences with bad hosts, as well as our extensive experiences with various hosting platforms would allow us to set up a service of our own to host our sites on, as well as provide a great service to others who are lost, looking for a great hosting experience. David, who also handles the bulk of the server administration, has a background with computers going back over 15 years!

We are proud to feature direct connectivity with MCI, AT&T, Savvis and Level3. Our aggregate connectivity reaches an astounding 4,500+ networks just a single network away from our uplinks.

Datacenter access is strictly limited to technical staff. Electronic security systems control data center access and are accompanied by a full compliment of motion detecting security cameras which monitor the entire facility. The DataCenter facility external walls are reinforced poured concrete.

Liebert Precision power distribution units handle final power transformation and distribution to racks, ensuring clean consistent power to data center equipment.

The facility has multiple emergency generators waiting on standby, featuring over 24 hours of autonomous runtime before requiring refueling. Each generator is test run at least once a week to ensure they are ready in the event they are needed.

Generator power is activated automatically in the event of a utility failure by the transfer switch. The data center load is maintained by the UPS units with at least 15 minutes of capacity, however this is not necessary as the generator is active and up to speed within 10 seconds of a power failure.

Environmental processing systems include redundant Liebert Precision 22 ton up flow air conditioning units. Temperature and humidity are precisely regulated year round to ensure optimal equipment reliability. Each unit contains independent compressors and cooling loops to further enhance fault tolerance and reliability. Air filtration systems actively remove foreign particulates from circulation and cycle the entire data center air supply in a matter of minutes.

We house our servers inside this multi-million dollar data center so as to leverage off their massive investment into infrastructure and deliver the best possible hosting experience to our valued customers. By doing this, our cash flow is positive from day 1 and we are able to focus on delivering exceptional support and customer care.
