In regards to our ticket system… No one else has reported any issues with using it, and it’s a standard software used in the industry. However, if someone’s email provider is dropping a response in the spam box, it’s hardly fair to blame our system for that, as that is beyond anything we control.

Mr. Iselin. I’m sorry you are having a problem. I think you are confused though as we have NEVER offered phone support.

I do see where you opened a support ticket the other day by emailing our sales, and I see where one of our support staff promptly responded to that. Have you checked your spam folder on your email account to make sure it didn’t flag our responses as spam?
